We are currently seeking a self-motivated, independent Development Coordinator to implement the donor relations strategy to achieve the goals and objectives outlined by the Chief Development Officer You’ll be responsible for setting up and coordinating meetings and outreach for the CDO, providing administrative support to ensure frequent and excellent donor stewardship (acknowledgements, meeting requests, printed materials), and effective data management and reporting. You will also assist with proposals and reports for major donors and outreach to donors in CDO’s portfolio for frequent touches and scheduling for weekly meetings, call times and external functions, as well as prep-work (research, briefings, materials, travel, etc.)and post-work (contact reports, thank you letters, database entry and tracking, etc.).
We require:
- Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with successful development experience in organization and administration
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good Interpersonal and computer skills (MS Outlook PP, Excel, Outlook & Word.
