Union position - CNA starting rate: $24.39 and NA starting rate: $21.79
Shift differential for shifts starting after 3 pm

Position Summary:
Our compassionate CNAs are key members of our interdisciplinary team that provides care, service, and support to our residents. Our CNAs are responsible for a number of important tasks such as:
- Assisting residents to feel and look their best by helping them with getting dressed, bathing, as well as grooming.
- Ensuring that they receive needed care/service by proactively communicating with other members of the interdisciplinary team about resident needs.
- Helping our residents feel comfortable in their space by giving attention to cleanliness and furniture arrangement.
- Supporting residents in pursuing their interests by helping them engage in our life enrichment program.
- Sharing your knowledge and expertise with other team members to better serve the residents.
Qualifications for CNAs- High school diploma or GED
- Current, active CNA Certificate or graduation from a CNA Certification program.
- Current First Aid certification
- Prior skilled nursing experience and 6 months of experience as a CNA preferred
Qualifications for NAs- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in geriatrics and caring for residents with cognitive impairment, preferred/not required
- Experience as a Nursing Assistant, preferred/not required
- Strong service orientation
Physical Requirements
- Daily duties include lifting, squatting, bending, reaching, prolonged standing, walking
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds
- Ability to stand and/or walk up to 90% of the time
