We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee our expanding network of oral surgery practices across the Northeast. Locations: Latham & Albany, NY to Massachusetts (as we grow our oral surgery business)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative duties across multiple dental offices, ensuring high-volume patient appointments and efficient scheduling protocols
- Lead and mentor teams to achieve superior teamwork and business growth, with a focus on operational excellence and financial performance
- Manage budgets, P&L statements, and financial statistics to drive performance across practices
- Develop and implement procedures and protocols to enhance practice efficiency and patient care
- Build strong relationships with dentists and staff to ensure smooth, effective operations and high dental sales conversion rates
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions with managers to ensure alignment with company goals
- Oversee staffing, including hiring, training, evaluating, and, if necessary, disciplining or discharging personnel
- Travel up to 50%, including 1-2 hour drives or overnight stays as needed, to maintain a physical presence across offices
Requirements:
- 6-7 years of experience in multi-site/ regional management in an outpatient surgery setting, preferably high-volume
- Experience in oral surgery or dental practices is highly desirable
- Proven track record of business growth, with experience in increasing business by 10-30%
- Strong background in setting up procedures and protocols for efficient operations
- High-powered, A-type personality with the ability to work effectively with surgeons and other high-level professionals
- Experience in hiring, firing, and managing all aspects of team performance
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Master’s in Business or Healthcare Administration is a plus
