Title: Director Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Staffing Opportunity Solutions is engaged with a dynamic B2B software client experiencing tremendous growth! Ideally looking for experience in Microsoft technologies, testing & automation in the SaaS or cloud environments, and strong team leadership. This role is tasked with defining and implementing quality standards, processes and best practices across the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Create and strategize quality assurance including; test plans, test cases, enhanced documentation, increased test result visibility, manual/automation development.
- Define key quality metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive the implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to increase test coverage and efficiency.
- Lead and mentoring a QA team including hiring and training
- Work cross-functionally with development, product management and operations to ensure alignment on quality goals and priorities.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 10-15+ years software quality engineering experience, preferably in Financial Applications
- 5-8+ years leadership experience
- Testing Commercial / Enterprise SaaS
- Proven experience with Agile/ Scrum development methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or IT-related field preferred
- Critical analytic and problem-solving ability - can understand complex designs and/or architecture and produce creative solutions
- Recent Microsoft stack experience
