The Senior Manager in charge of ERP systems, as a core member of the IT group, is responsible for the providing leadership and oversight of the ERP systems across a number of Sparc Group brands. The role will require working closely with the business to understand challenges and problems and solving them proactively. This will also necessitate program managing a number of cross system initiatives and owning them end to end.
Responsibilities:
• Provides strategic and functional leadership for Implementation and management of ERP Systems and its functions in a multi brand environment.
• Maintains strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders and actively collaborates across all levels of the organization
• Managing and Administering various ERPs across multiple brands working in a cross functional team structure to insure data consistency and integrity across systems
• Works with integration and technology teams to understand mapping, ensure delivery and devise highly available solutions for the ERP systems in the landscape.
• Manages project spend and deliverables insuring adherence when Project targets
• Leads continuous improvement exercises to drive effectiveness and efficiency in the Application delivery
• Implements, tests and designs applications insuring business needs are addressed
• Provides Technical guidance, problem solving and leadership for teams
Qualifications:
• Must have 8-12 years of experience leading, managing and supporting ERP systems in a complex Retail environment. Having SAP experience will be a big plus.
• Must have end to end functional understanding of Retail lifecycles from ideation to customer product delivery
• Must have experience with ERP solutions. SAP strongly preferred.
• Must have technical and functional acumen related to project delivery.
• Must be highly organized, and have strong communication skills.
• BS required; MS preferred. 10+ years of progressively responsible IT experience in specialty retail environments, inclusive of 5+ years in IT applications management position.
• A businessperson’s perspective and the ability to manage issues rather than tasks
• Understanding of businesses processes and ability to map and define data requirements between multiple systems
• Demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and tact to others; and display high standards of ethical conduct
• Travel may be required, based on business needs.
• Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.
