Work Dates Needed: Oct 1st, 2024- Dec 31, 2024 Preferred Schedule: 8-5 Monday - Friday (can be semi flexible with this schedule) 584 Norwich Road Plainfield, CT and 5 Founders Street, Willimantic, CT 06226. Provider would split time between these two locations. Worksite Setting: Outpatient Cancer practice Scope of Work: Sees all cancer patients. 15 patients per day with 1-2 of the patients being new Limited on-call (1 in 5 probably). Call is very light Will have some APP support. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CT license
