Job Title: Project Manager
Compensation: $35-$44/HR DOE
Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm (30 min lunch)
Location: Fort Collins, 80524
*Training will be at Denver Office - 30-60 days (depending on training progress) -$0.67/Mile for reimbursement
Responsibilities Include:
Providing all administrative, logistics and client service support to help Door Division in Fort Collins run smoothly. You will be the go-to person to assist the VP. This is a new division, so you will be trained at the Denver office (where processes are already in place) in order to implement them at the new location.
Order Entry:
- Process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with the sales team/ techs to confirm order details.
- Logistics and tracking
Scheduling Technicians:
- Coordinate daily schedules for technicians.
- Communicate with customers for appointments.
- Oversee 10-20 employees
Purchasing:
- Source materials for door production and installation.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors/ suppliers.
- Work with the finance team to manage budget and quality.
Bookkeeping:
- Maintain detailed financial records.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with finance for invoice processing.
Administrative & Customer Support:
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle inquiries.
- Must have strong phone presence
- Problem Resolution - handle escalated customer conversations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in order entry, purchasing, bookkeeping, and admin roles.
- Software: TigerPaw & QuickBooks a huge PLUS! (or transferrable systems)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem Resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with the construction or door industry is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
