Job Title: Shared Services Administrator (Financial)
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide general support for manufacturing plant financial activities.
Assist with processing payroll weekly.
Accounts Payable and resolve invoice exceptions.
Update and maintain BOM's, inventory reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and freight tracking.
Enter month end journal entries and other tasks for month end closing process.
Validate and balance daily/monthly production.
Cross train with other administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Associate or bachelor's degree, or 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role. Basic accounting is required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
High level of organizational skills and the ability to effectively undertake multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Versatile and readily adaptable to new, different, or changing circumstances.
Proven aptitude in using Microsoft Office software in an administrative assignment, including a strong proficiency in working with Excel spreadsheets.
Salary Range: $50,880-$67,800
Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
