Great opportunity for a General Surgery NP/PA to live and work in the Texarkana, TX area.
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Hospital employed position
- Must have inpatient, acute care experience as NP/PA
- No procedures, no first assist
- Duties are Rounding and Call only
- 24 hour call, rotating weekends, 8-9 days a month, will not always be called in
- 10 days of scheduled rounding/month
- Rounding start at 7a and could be 8 hours, or could be over at 1-2 or 2-3, etc depending on need
- 15-18 patients per day, will vary
- 3 APP's and 5 Physicians in this group
- Colon resections, gunshot wounds, cancer, appendix, etc
- Salary plus Quality bonus plus Sign On Bonus - no production bonus
