Title: Control Engineer
Location: Toledo, OH, US, 43659
Duration: Full-time
Salary Range: $80,000 to $130,000 (DOE)

Purpose:
- The Control Engineer drives the execution of Controls & Automation projects, focusing on reducing manual tasks, enhancing efficiency, and creating repeatable processes with minimal human interaction. This role oversees the entire lifecycle of capital projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise:
- Design, develop, and manage robotic and automation systems to optimize production methods, equipment performance, and product quality. Implement solutions that require minimal human interaction.
Project Leadership:
- Lead and deliver Advanced Manufacturing initiatives, managing scope, budget, resources, and ensuring effective communication and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
Talent Development:
- Build and guide project teams, ensuring roles are clear and supporting team growth. Facilitate mentorship opportunities to enhance project performance.
Partner Management:
- Foster relationships with internal and external partners to drive innovative solutions and align with corporate objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing with expertise in PLCs, HMI, drives, robotics, motion controls, and project management.
- Proficiency in PLC/Safety PLC programming, troubleshooting, and support (Rockwell and Siemens).
- Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance principles.
