Title: Executive Assistant
Pay Rate: $25.00 - 26.50/hour (based on experience)
Work Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA (3 days onsite; 2 days remote)
40 hours/week // 5 x 8-Hour Days
Duration: 6-month contract
Our client's Legal Department is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support the Intellectual Property Operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events and team meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel.
- This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
- Scheduling requirements, team events and other administrative duties for Vice President of IP Operations and IP Ops team.
- Planning and organizing events and team meetings
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
Requirements:
- 3+ years of senior level leadership support
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars
