We are looking for an experienced, detail-orientated Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our Team. In this role, you will manage the full life cycle of projects ranging from maintenance/renovation of hotels and restaurants to ground-up construction of new buildings. The Company’s building and construction engagement are concentrated in Georgia.
- Current project is located in North Georiga and will need to be onsite 2 days a week
- Hybrid role based in Downtown Atlanta and various job sites mainly located in Georgia
Job Duties:
• Maintain project schedules
• Order and track purchased materials, furniture, fixtures and equipment
• Monitor, document and report on project progress
• Oversee regulatory permit application and approval processes
• Maintain project budget
