Here's a wonderful opportunity to be the Director of Facilities at a private educational facility located in NW Georgia. Manage a Team of professionals who care for this facility from janitorial services to landscaping, and overall facility maintenance. This facility has about 15-20 buildings, about 500 acres of property, and roughly 500,000 sq ft of building space. This is a facility where students live on campus year round. We're looking for someone with experience in an educational setting and familiar with all of the requirements of a position such as this. Past experience in a healthcare facility is good as well as the educational setting. Customer service skills are necessary as you will work hand in hand with school officials as well as manage managers and a staff. Budget experience plus planning is important as well. This is a hands on role and periodically one must roll up their sleeves and jump in! Would look for someone who has experience at turning a wrench so to speak.
