Eviden is searching for an AGILE COACH with the following skills and experience:
- Required experience in coaching minimum 2 agile release trains of over 80 dev engineers launched and mentored through 2 years
- Pragmatic, able to influence senior executives
- Able to tactfully cope with corporate inertia and resistance and continue to advocate for change and improvement
- Consulting coaching experience using data to identify issues and improvement opportunities
- Facilitating and mentoring BRP in person and remote using tooling
- Required technical skills and certifications:
- Active SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC 5 or higher) certification
- AHR certification
- Previous developer or product management experience
- Previous RTE experience or equivalent
- Experience delivering SAFe classes with at least 3.5 rating
- Team player
