Role: WebEx Connect Cloud Engineer
Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite from Day 1)
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Design, Implement and support advanced Messaging solutions to replace existing Raven and Twilio.
- Utilize knowledge and understanding of Cisco Webex Connect, and the associated Ecosystem.
- Lead technical discussion through project life cycle, including design, implementation and support, across technology platforms.
- Collaborate with members of the team, contributing to the team’s success overall.
Required Skills:
- 1-3+ years of experience with Cisco Webex Connect.
- Enable third-party systems to trigger outbound customer interactions in Webex Connect via APIs or files based on contextual customer and business actions and events.
- Experience using APIs and SDKs to build applications that improve end-to-end customer journeys and operational efficiency.
