Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Manager at Mosaddegh Eye Institute in San Francisco, CA. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, optimizing patient flow, and ensuring efficient and effective practice management. This role involves handling administrative tasks, overseeing financial operations, and maintaining quality standards to deliver exceptional eye care services.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare practice management, staff supervision, and operations optimization
- Knowledge of medical office procedures, patient flow management, and electronic health records systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and reporting
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or relevant field
- Certification in Practice Management is a plus
