- Team Management: Oversee and manage the team of Instrumentation Technicians, ensuring that all tasks are performed according to plant standards and procedures.
Scheduling:
- Manage and approve work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts. Address any scheduling conflicts and fill in when necessary to cover planned shift deficiencies.
Training and Development:
- Develop, schedule, track, and deliver training programs for the team to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Ensure all team members are up to date with the latest practices and technologies.
Technical and Operational Support:
- Instrumentation Technician Duties: Perform all duties of an Instrumentation Technician, including installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Develop and maintain the plant’s technical equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition and meets operational requirements.
