Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Remote Manager of Security & Compliance for one of our largest clients in Upstate South Carolina . The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience with in-depth knowledge of Operation Technology, Network Security, and Cloud Security writing clear and concise policies, processes, and follow-up training.
- Must have experience with security monitoring tools, techniques, and technologies that include Next Gen Firewalls, LAN/WAN networks, SIEM, IPS, DLP, and EDR software.
- Strong background with ITIL best practices and principles
- Experience with Microsoft Azure platform and related security tools
- One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC or CISA
Responsibilities:
- Execute IT audits and other controls assurance and readiness actions associated with external, internal or SOX audits.
- Communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholders, management, and technical staff
- Leading IT activities, such as vulnerability assessments or phishing simulations, penetration testing, and remediate all issues
- Suggest, implement, and execute upon security standards and policies.
- Ensuring Security framework is properly maintained
- Perform evaluations of processes, vendors, and security architecture to protect the companies assets and property
- Analyzing IT security gaps and spearhead initiatives to solve these gaps
- Increasing awareness through training of cybersecurity initiatives
- Working hand in hand with engineers to oversee vulnerability assessments & critical threats and incidents
