I am working with a client in Dallas that is looking for an IT Field Support Analyst. Here is a brief overview of the position.
- Provide IT support via phone, email, and chat.
- Active Directory, LAN administration, desktop support, email systems and server administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- 2+ years of experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing computers, printers, and software.
- Confidence interacting with a wide range of people from clerical staff, network specialists, developers, senior management, and vendors.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 15% domestic travel
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
