Job DescriptionPosition Overview: The Jr. Intern is responsible for learning a wide variety of branch operational tasks. Work locations will include branches and seed hubs. Assignments include laboring beside team in all tasks to serve customers, except for driving Keystone equipment or vehicles. Experiences will include: job shadowing of the various positions within Keystone, Ag Logistics planning, equipment maintenance, field scouting, and soil sampling.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the Manager, Operations Manager, Sales, Applicator, Driver, and other members of Keystone Cooperative team to shadow and understand the business within a cooperative.
- Inventory logistics training.
- Field scouting, soil sampling, weed identification, and disease identification.
- Applicator Licensure Training overview.
- Ag Logistics planning, training, and usage.
- Participate in Asmark safety training and ongoing as required.
- Handle packaged product with appropriate PPE (NO Hazmat allowed).
- Student will be supervised at all times.
- Student required to provide their own transportation to and from Keystone Cooperative.
- Student will not operate a motor vehicle or motorized or self-propelled equipment if under the age of 18 years old.

Education and Experience:
- Student currently enrolled in high school.
