Bullivant Houser has an opening for a litigation legal secretary for our Seattle office with a minimum of five years of civil litigation experience.
This position includes providing support to attorneys working in the casualty litigation and insurance practice areas, as well as being a teammate to support the overall needs of the firm.
Minimum five years of litigation experience. This position requires exceptional secretarial skills, including proficiency with Washington state and federal court rules/procedures, electronic court filings, and docketing/calendaring rules. Candidates must possess a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and strong oral and written communication skills. Exceptional client service orientation, sound judgment, reliability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain focused in the midst of dueling priorities are necessary for the position. Strong computer skills and experience functioning in a highly technological and computer-savvy environment are also essential. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Word, and Net Docs a plus.
