As a Pizza Chef, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing Roman style pizza using high hydration, direct fermentation dough in an electric oven. This position offers creative freedom to design new seasonal pizzas while ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence with thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role is mandatory
- Strong background in fine dining and/or Michelin training is required
- Professional and polished approach to leadership in a busy kitchen
- Strong work ethic with a customer-focused approach
- Culinary trained professional passionate about growth and development
- Stable work history
- Expertise in preparing authentic, handmade artisan Roman style pizza
- Food safety certification
- Excellent verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain kitchen standards, including prep lists and cleanliness
- Develop menus and train staff in pizza preparation
- Consistently produce high-quality pizzas with attention to dough stretching, portion control, and crust quality
- Uphold health, sanitation, and safety standards
- Source and prepare top-quality ingredients for seasonal and classic pizzas
- Maintain recipe consistency and food presentation standards
- Handle inventory management and food orders
