Brooksource is hiring entry level Jr. Business Analysts to launch an early in career program for one of our largest healthcare clients in Alabama. This position is eligible for full time conversion after 6 months. Joining a curated team of fellow jr. business analysts, you will be tasked with learning enterprise documentation procedures and effective meeting execution, creating process flows and capturing requirement flows, while juggling a variety of projects alongside a project manager. This unique opportunity allows one to kickstart a career in a large organization and provides paid training, mentorship and guidance while working full time.

Qualifications:
- Entry level (0-3 years)
- Comfortability with public speaking
- Ability to demonstrate organizational skills such as event planning and/or coordination with extracurricular organizations.
- Minimum expected GPA 3.0
- Bachelor’s degree required, MIS, Business, or Healthcare Management preferred.
