Qualifications: We are looking for a responsible licensed care giver to utilize their nursing skills for a diverse patient group. You will deliver patient care, review data collection, establish nursing plans and work under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s). Outside service referrals, following established treatment plans, and working with the Providers will be a key part of your position as well. Monitoring patient progress and working with the Providers will round out a quality health care program performed on-site - one you can be proud to be a part of.
