Job Description:
As a Recruiter at A2C, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top technical talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand specific job requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Work effectively with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to track and manage candidate submissions and performance metrics.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a fast-paced environment
- Must have experience in Staff-Augmentation, particularly working on Contract positions for enterprise-level accounts (This is not a perm recruiter position).
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to effectively screen candidates for technical skills.
- Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and a strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work onsite in Center City, Philadelphia 2-3 days per week.
