This is a customer service position that provides business operations support to business leaders across the US. This position is the main point of contact for customer support and service adjustments made in a proprietary business operations system. In addition, this position supports day-to-day operations of partner businesses within their assigned region. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.
Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve operational problems within the defined areas.
• Will work in and aid specifically in proprietary business operations system.
• Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions.
• Recommend process improvements to improve operational efficiency.
• Address customer issues promptly and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to all field businesses.
Qualifications
- Light technical proficiency, must be able to use computers and generate reports.
- Ability to analyze data and create and review processes.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in customer service.
- Excellent phone etiquette
This position requires onsite attendance in our Oklahoma City office.
