Our law firm client is seeking a dedicated and organized Hospitality Coordinator to join their San Francisco office.
This role is essential in ensuring seamless food-related services and event support.
The ideal candidate will have a background in food or hospitality services and be passionate about delivering top-notch experiences for our team and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Ordering & Catering:
- Coordinate daily food and beverage orders for the office.
- Manage relationships with local vendors and caterers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Maintain budget controls and track all expenses related to food and catering.
- Event Support:
- Assist in planning and executing light office events, including meetings, luncheons, and celebrations.
- Coordinate logistics such as room setup, catering, and AV requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all event participants.
- Vendor & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with catering and food service providers.
- Evaluate vendor performance regularly and negotiate contracts and pricing to meet the office's needs.
- Stay informed about new food trends and catering options that could enhance the office experience.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to hospitality services.
- Collaborate with office management to align food and event services with overall office needs.
- Provide support for other office functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food services, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences.
Education - Bachelor or Associate degree preferred
Salary – 50-60K DOE
