Our client, a busy real estate firm, is seeking an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to support one of the principals of the company. The EA/PA will be responsible for providing high-level support and ensuring that the principal’s day-to-day operations run smoothly. The EA /PA will have the ability to communicate and liaise with everyone from colleagues to clients to vendors.
- Salary when perm: $120-$140K
- The schedule is Monday – Thursday in the office 9:00AM – 6:00PM with flexibility and remotely on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the principal’s calendar
- Scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements
- Assisting with e-mail management and correspondence
- Event planning
- Providing general administrative support, filing, copying, scanning, ordering, researching, and general gatekeeping
Required Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and be technically savvy
- Applicants must also possess excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, high attention to detail and accuracy, and strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Must be thick skinned and have a 24/7 mentality
- Those with experience working in the real estate development industry are strongly preferred
