We are seeking an exceptional Regional Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations for an upscale restaurant group in the Cincinnati, OH area. This restaurant group has a collection of chef-driven concepts that range from casual cuisine to fine-dining. Compensation: $100,000-$125,000 base (Commensurate with Experience) + bonus, medical benefits, PTO, and more!
Requirements:
- 3+ years of multi-unit Chef experience in an high-volume scratch kitchens
- Hiring, training, and developing key restaurant employees
- Strong financial acumen
- Great leadership abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
