Job Description:
As a Salesforce Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the strategic vision, roadmap, and implementation of Salesforce solutions within the organization. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and end-users, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the delivery of high-quality Salesforce products. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that the Salesforce platform aligns with organizational goals and drives efficiency, user satisfaction, and business growth. Key responsibilities include managing the product backlog, defining user stories, facilitating sprint planning, and conducting regular reviews and updates to continuously improve the platform's functionality and performance.
Desired experience:
Salesforce Administration and Development: Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
Agile Project Management: Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies, particularly in a Scrum environment.
Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Product Roadmap Development: Experience in developing and managing product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on business value.
Salesforce Implementation Projects: Involvement in end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including deployment and user training.
Data Management and Integration: Experience with data migration, integration, and management within Salesforce.
User Experience (UX) Design: Exposure to user-centered design principles and creating user-friendly interfaces in Salesforce.
Change Management: Experience in managing change and driving user adoption of new Salesforce features and processes.
Team Leadership: Leading cross-functional teams and driving successful project outcomes.
