What You’ll Be Doing
- Leads engineers and technical support staff in complex planning activities related to equipment layouts in plant, office, and production facilities.
- Plans and directs projects or major phases of projects within industrial engineering.
- Provides direction to engineers and technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects.
- Conducts studies that determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and recommends methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
- Prepares cost estimates for proposed projects and evaluates cost factors.
- Develops and applies advanced engineering theories, methods and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex technical problems.
- Analyzes, evaluates and plans method of approach and organizes means to achieve the solution to complex technical problems.
- May act as internal consultant providing technical guidance on most complex projects.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 7 years of related experience.
- Requires at least 3 to 5 years of leadership experience.
Top candidates will also have:
- Expert Knowledge of technical plans, blueprints, drawings.
- Understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Effective in directing projects and providing work leadership.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
