This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Crown Block located in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications

- experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Fine dining experience required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and industry trends
- Ability to manage a diverse team and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Food handler's certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
