Required Experience
- 10+ years of high volume recruitment experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Proven record of building and executing recruitment plan including reviewing and revising metrics
- Track record for developing and cultivating teams: existing and new
- Organizational & Communication skills for monitoring weekly activity and incentivizing production
- Experience cultivating candidate pipelines and driving candidate management techniques
- Effectively describe building partnerships with business leaders, other recruiters, management and sales teams
- Must have ATS experience, and ideally with Bullhorn
- Must have agency staffing experience
