Shifts: In general we offer 4, 8 and 12 hour shifts for our RN and LPN positions. We have openings for full-time (30+ hours weekly) and part-time (up to 29 hours weekly) positions.
- Days: 6am-2:30 pm
- Evenings: 2pm-10:30pm
- Nights: 10pm-6:30am

Role: We are seeking a dedicated
RN/LPN to join our team! The RN/LPN is responsible for the comprehensive nursing care of residents in the Community, as well as effectively communicating with team members, families, physicians, and allied health professionals.
Responsibilities: - Ensure provision of quality nursing care in accordance with Federal, State, and Company requirements based on acuity of residents
- Make daily rounds to each resident to ascertain the resident's condition and comfort
- Follow safety policies in performing nursing care, assuring resident safety
- Follows infection control guidelines
- Initiate procedures to protect residents from injury and infection
- Assess and evaluate resident change of condition and institute appropriate interventions
- Communicate with the Physician as indicated by resident needs or status and assure follow through; maintain hand-off communications with oncoming shift regarding resident care needs.
- Oversees direct care staff and ensures staff complete tasks and cares as assigned.
- Speak, read and write the English language in an understandable manner.
- Ability to apply principles of basic general math.
Qualifications Qualifications : - The RN/LPN must be a graduate from an accredited school, be currently licensed in state of work without encumbrance, and is responsible for maintaining professional licensure and CEU requirements.
- Preferably 1-2 years of previous nursing experience in Long Term Care and/or a Skilled Nursing Facility, but not required.
- Must possess a current CPR certification.
