Job Description: A large plastics manufacturing client in the Fontana, CA area is seeking a Quality Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company-wide quality system that focuses on customer satisfaction, defect prevention, and continuous improvement. In addition, this individual will manage the material review board, internal/external audits, document control, and record reviews. Additionally, they will oversee and manage a staff of Quality Technicians and Specialists and lead continuous improvement efforts.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years experience within Quality Control
- Management experience
- Plastics Manufacturing experience
- Bachelors Degree
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
- Blow Molding or Injection Molding experience
Salary:
$110,000/year to $120,000/year.
