Role Description
The Sales Support Specialist will work with the Sales team to provide assistance and improve our customer experience. This is a full-time role in Office. The Sales Support Specialist will be based in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. The role will involve primarily multiple calls a day collecting market pricing for our product lines, negotiating pricing, administrative tasks, data entry, data quality management, and supporting the entire sales team and executive staff in daily activities.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- 3+ years of experience in Aviation
- Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills on phone and email
- Must have Experience in Sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Pentagon software preferred
- Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
