A family of four, in San Francisco, needs to hire a full or part-time Housekeeper/ Cook to help oversee their home and ensure the family is taken care of. Responsibilities include: deep cleaning, family laundry, daily organization, running errands & household shopping, light pet-care, and preparing family dinners. All applicants must be family and child-friendly. While the family employs a full-time nanny, this person should be able to look out for the well-being of the children (there will be some afternoon overlap with the nanny).
Both parents work full-time so it is important to trust that this person is there to offer wholistic support and, most importantly, to make sure that the children are fed if Mom and Dad are working late. The family is flexible to offer part or full-time hours, depending on the candidate and what services they can offer; however, the schedule must be the later afternoon/ evening shift (i.e. Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday from 12 to 8pm or 4 to 8pm, etc.). Salary range: $40-43/hr. with a possible health insurance contribution. Immediate start.
