Job Title: Application Support Engineer
Location: Mountain View (onsite)
W2 position
Minimum Educational background: BA/BS/B. Tech in Computer Science or a related technical field
Work Experience required: 2 years of industry experience in technical support, professional services, engineering, or systems engineering
Knowledge, Skills and abilities required:
- Proficiency in a compiled or interpreted programming language (e.g., C++, Java, Python)
- Good understanding of Web technologies (third-party cookies, HTML, JavaScript, APIs)
- Clear communication skills when explaining technical concepts to less technical individuals or to a wide audience with varied technical backgrounds
Job Description:
- Debug error reports and triage incoming issues from AdTech partners/ advertisers, ability to read documentation and troubleshoot issues.
- Work with AdTech partner to clearly explain the ads aggregation service and ability to communicate (written and oral communication) technical issues with the AdTech partners.
- Work with Engineering team to track outages and post updates to a public status dashboard.
- Execute playbooks for onboarding new AdTech/ Advertisers and other operational requests for the Aggregation Service.\
