Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and manage other communications.
- Handle parking validation and assist with setting up access cards.
- Prepare rooms for executive meetings.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide directions upon their arrival.
- Perform database entry, create certificates, and carry out other administrative tasks.
- Support employees with office service requests, including mail handling and package shipments.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PDF tools
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review grammar, punctuation, and readability.
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate Degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated high level of integrity and discretion, with previous experience in handling confidential and sensitive information related to projects, finances, and personnel.
Additional Info:
- Pay Range: $21-23/hr.
- Schedule: Monday- Friday. 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Location: Saint Paul
- Duration of Assignment: 4-6 month contract
