Fine Point Homes Real Estate is looking for a great, full time, in office administrative assistant who will be a large asset to our growing team. This role will help manage our real estate transactions and internal database systems to ensure all of our clients have a wonderful experience with our team, plus help plan and execute our client and community events. This role will work hand in hand with the Broker/Owner of FPH Real Estate and our Marketing Specialist to ensure the client experience externally and business management internally is top notch, organized and all moving in the right direction.

Job Responsibilities:
- Help manage client tasks within real estate transactions & ensure all parties and details are on track (Ex. Schedule staging, photos/videos, check in with clients, check in with lender and title companies, schedule showings, schedule walkthroughs, schedule vendor inspections)
- Help run our client programs including our referral & review program & client gifting program
- Help our Marketing Specialist with client event coordination, from planning through execution
- Help come up with creative and fun client events
-Coordinate and manage vendors & sponsors
-Create and send out invites & collect RSVPs
-Help with set up and tear down of event, as needed
-Help us build relationships with local businesses that are in line with our values
-Ensure we’re aligned with the right businesses and charitable organizations through
sponsorships and other opportunities to give back
- Receipt management to ensure our bookkeeper is on track
- Anything else we deem necessary and appropriate as this role and our business continue to grow
Hours & Location:
- 40 hours/week
