Microsoft Developer
Our client, a midtown financial firm, is seeking a well-rounded Microsoft/SW Developer to join their team. This role is hybrid / on-site 3 days a week.
This is a permanent full-time position - no consultants will be considered
Responsibilities:
- Working on a variety of full-stack development projects in the MS tech stack – SQL, .NET, C#, Azure in an Agile environment
- Projects will be a mix of database, web, back-end in the MS stack so must be ready to work in a diverse technical environment
- Interacting with various business stakeholders on project requirements, translating technical information to non-technical users
Required Experience:
- Experience working on a variety of front and back-end development projects in the MS tech stack
- Hands-on experience developing in SQL, .NET, C#, Azure, etc.
- Experience working in an Agile environment creating user stories, working in sprints, etc.
- Strong MS SQL experience including SQL queries and data migration/transformation services
- Ability to look at complex existing applications or SQL and understand, update/amend/modify or look at greenfield in Azure and know how to build
- The ideal candidate will come from a small to mid-sized financial firm or has the interest and willingness to learn the financial industry
