Focus:
- Prospect, cold-call, and cultivate leads to expand the client base for commercial insurance products.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of prospective clients' insurance requirements and offer suitable coverage recommendations.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with business clientele by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing insurance-related queries and concerns.
- Customize insurance solutions to align with each client's specific risk management needs, encompassing property, liability, workers' compensation, and other commercial insurance lines.
- Collaborate closely with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate policy terms, pricing, and coverage limits to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, elucidating coverage options, premiums, and policy specifics in a clear and concise manner.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory mandates.

Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Possession of a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
- Demonstrated track record of success in sales, preferably within the insurance sector with a focus on commercial insurance.
- Profound understanding of commercial insurance products, including property, liability, workers' compensation, and business interruption insurance.
