RCPMS supports primary care pediatricians with 32 office locations throughout San Diego and Southern Riverside Counties.
The Clinic Nurse Manager - RN is a full-time position in San Diego County.
Under the general supervision of the Associate Director, Clinic Operations, the Clinical Nurse Supervisor is responsible for oversight, direction, and supervision of a wide variety of clinic functions, including planning and performing direct and indirect nursing interventions, and supervising, organizing, planning, assessing, and monitoring clinical care.
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with clinic leadership and staff, the Clinical Nurse Supervisor - RN will oversee and supervise clinic staffing, resource allocation, patient and team safety, and regulatory readiness
- Provides direct supervision, mentorship, and support to clinic staff
- Creates and maintains staffing schedules and coordinates for backfill as needed.
- Conducts all staff annual performance reviews
- Works collaboratively with Physician Leadership to review and discuss any site updates, operational concerns, or physician workflows, site efficiencies and productivity.
- Provides direction and support for the physicians at the sites.
- Manages and ensures effective work and patient flow at the sites including shifting staff as needed within functional areas to meet peak needs throughout the workday.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and
- Minimum 2 years in a management/supervisory position in a medical office setting
- Pediatric experience highly desired
- Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the state of California
- Valid driver’s license and insurance

The reasonably expected starting annual wage range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 depending on qualifications including education and relevant experience.
