- Practice is weekday outpatient primary care – 4 days in clinic; one day remote admin
- Collaborate with a terrific team of physicians from all specialties, integrated behavioral health clinicians, community health advocates, nurse practitioners, nurse case managers, and medical leadership.
- Lead your team – a dedicated RN and Medical Assistant – to provide quality care regardless of the patient’s ability to pay.

Qualifications and Skills: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine with experience and interest in community health and patient-centered care; Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Multi-lingual highly valued.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education – Board Certified or Board Eligible. Primary care specialist (Pediatrics, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine). Must have current M.D. or D.O. license in Rhode Island. Maintain ongoing professional education as mandated by state regulation.
