Telesis7 is seeking an Office Manager / Project Coordinator to support Construction Project Managers with Preconstruction efforts.
In this role you will:
- Create and issue Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
- Create and issue Owner Contracts
- Manage Subcontractor Close Outs
- Answer the phone and route calls
- Order supplies
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous construction company experience is a Must have
- Experience working with subcontracts, purchase orders and contracts
- Solid communications and organization
- Experience in ordering and managing supplies
- Prior Office Administration experience
