Responsibilities include:
- Setting up for events and catering
- Assist with facilities and reception coverages as needed
- Sort mail and packages
- Maintaining a neat and stocked office space
- Coordinating with vendors and building security
- Assist with in office events
- Ad hoc projects as necessary
Qualifications:
- Professional and strong communication skills
- Well-organized and strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting
