Summary of Essential Functions for the Position:
Committed to Caring, the LVN Intake Manager, is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating leadership to the intake staff, processes and systems related to the servicing of our customers both internal and external. Acts as a mediator and liaison for all customers, referral sources and sales team to ensure the best possible experience is obtained while engaging with our company. Ability to effectively communicate with individuals in varied states of emotion while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor. A process driven, organized, self-motivated leader who communicates, oversees and leads the intake team in obtaining, processing, and ensuring all referrals are expedited to meet the Company goals set for quality, accuracy, compliance and timeliness. Acts as a backup for intake coordinators, as needed. Provides team members with the appropriate training, tools, direction, and motivation that enables their success.
Qualifications:
Qualifications / Licensure / Certification / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Minimum of One (1) to Two (2) years of experience, home health experience required.
- Leadership experience desired.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to demonstrate good customer relation skills and a commitment to providing quality service.

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with computer and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software.
- Valid driver’s license, automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation required.
- Travel may be required.
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree in related field preferred.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- Working environment is relatively quiet and can be stressful due to deadlines, multiple tasks and general compliance of law, rules and regulations. The position requires visual acuity and dexterity, sitting, standing, some pushing, pulling and lifting up to 25 pounds.
