Role: Client Care Specialist
BVLGARI North America seeks a Client Care Specialist for our New York 5th Avenue Flagship Boutique. This pivotal role enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering an exceptional service experience to our After-Sales Clients. You will professionally manage the entire service process and collaborate closely with internal teams. This role reports to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction (70%)
- To ensure effective service delivery, engage with clients using various communication tools, including phone, email, and video.
- Educate clients on product care and troubleshooting, recommending tailored services.
- Manage the entire repair process, ensuring seamless logistics and consistent client updates.
- Collaborate with client advisors to update service practices and create new sales opportunities while providing feedback to the merchandising team.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Coordinate repair management with our National Service Center and local service providers.
- Update and maintain SAP with information on Spare Parts inventory and Repair Orders.
- Manage estimates confirmations and update workflow to optimize logistics and client communication.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrates a client-centric approach and empathy in all interactions.
- Possesses excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Capable of managing pressure and resolving challenging client scenarios positively.
- Experienced in luxury settings and familiar with SAP and Salesforce preferred.
