## Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism. Experience with navigating the web, social media platforms. Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Word. This is a on-site full time position, Monday thru Friday 11am to 7pm.
## Responsibilities
- Manage/receivingcompany product inventory (liquor, food, paper goods, office supplies, ect..)
- Place purchase orders as necessary
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential talent, new staff, appointments and events
- Paying invoices and financial record-keeping using QuickBooks online
- Handle front desk duties including answering phones
- Assisting processing weekly payroll
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and independent contractors entertainers (talent) and maintaining personnel records
- Organize training development programs for staff
- Familiar with product sourcing online and price comparison
- Familiar with social media
- Supervise office clerical staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
## Experience
- Proven experience in office management, file organization, and clerical duties
- Familiarity with QuickBooks online for financial management
- Strong skills in event planning and coordination
- Knowledge of human resources procedures is a plus
- Previous experience supervising administrative staff is preferred
- Social Media skills for company promotions (such as MailChimp, FaceBook, IG)
- Familiar with Excel and Word to help us create systems to keep us organized.
