Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
• Based on advanced experience, facilitate project planning including defining the project scope, goals, and deliverables, project tasks and resource requirements, and project plan and timelines for multiple, large, most complex projects
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and adhering to project methodology and report progress to stakeholders, including C Suite stakeholders
• Work with project team to identify potential risks, determine ways to mitigate risks, and develop and document contingency plans accordingly
• Work with project team to develop issue escalation process and issue resolution action plans within established project management methodology
• Develop and present project evaluations and assessment of results
• Develop RFI's and RFP's for external services and provides guidance and direction to external vendors as applicable through the vendor management process
Skills:
• Advanced, multi-business-unit project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and demonstrated advanced business acumen
• Broad knowledge or specialized in-depth of knowledge of IT systems and trends
• Advanced business unit / ITS expertise
• Emotional intelligence to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others (internal and vendors) and drive change
• Consulting and negotiation skills and demonstrated ability effectively communicate complex technical issues
Minimum Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (PMP Certification Required)
Minimum Experience:
• 8 years of related work experience
